Short Project Description:                                                                

Carrying out a course for vocational qualification and establishment sustainable employment for unemployed women without age limits and without work experience. Project priorities are 20 unemployed women, who are registered in the Labour Bureau – Veliki Preslav, from various ethnic groups. The beneficiaries were teamed up in one training group for acquiring vocational qualification of the profession “Dressmaker/Tailor”, specialty “Dressmaking/Tailoring”, 300 classes – First degree of vocational qualification.    

All of the trained people who pass successfully the qualification course go through motivation training under the following subject: “Active Behaviour at the Labour Market, Applying for Work, Presenting Yourself and Interview with the Employer” – 30 classes altogether. Eight of the trained women have been employed within the companies “Stil M” – Shumen and “Boru Stil” – Veliki Preslav.
