Leasing scheme

The financial leasing scheme is an essential mechanism through which the Business center provides businesses much needed access to micro financing. Micro funding is used for the purchase of production equipment, agricultural machines and equipment for the service sector.
Equipment may be either new or second hand.
Who may apply?

• Candidates need to have a viable business idea that will create new jobs.
• Good image on local level.
• Businesses have to operate or to be registered within Shumen municipality.
• Applicants should provide an initial installment to the amount of 20 per cent of the equipment price.

Terms of contract:

• Maximum of BGN 25,000
• Grace period – six months
• Annual interest rate: basic interest rate plus 10 per cent
• Repayment period – up to 36 months
• Initial installment – 20 per cent of the equipment price
• Equal monthly installments
• The installments cover the purchasing price, transportation costs, duty fees, taxes and the related interests
• Equipment must be insured.
